GeoSleuth is a game that involves navigating the real world. Your safety is your sole responsibility. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assume Your Own Risk: You understand that participating in scavenger hunts involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and other dangers associated with navigating public and private spaces. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions and decisions while using the Service. This includes ensuring your own personal safety and the safety of others around you.
• Situational Awareness: Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you from obeying traffic laws, respecting property, or paying attention to your environment. Do not trespass on private property.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local, state, and national laws while using the Service. GeoSleuth is not responsible for any violation of laws or regulations by you or any other user.
